The Barringer Impact Crater in Arizona, USA. Note that it is 1.2km in diameter and has a maximum depth of 183 metres. It was created by a meteorite of 40metres in diameter impacting at 11km/second.

This shows an impact crater, 0.9mm wide, found on the WF/PC1 camera radiator on the Hubble Space Telescope in 1994, when it was taken back to Earth.
